Application for registration.—Every arbitrator carrying on the conduct of arbitral proceedings shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of the Council in Form H, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every mediated settlement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
