Intimation of change.—Every operator of a container train shall intimate to the Metro Railway Administration, in Form F and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Metro Railway Administration shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
