Intimation of change.—Every transporter of explosives shall intimate to the Commissioner of Police, in Form IV and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner of Police shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
