Fees.—The fee of five hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of ten thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Commissioner of Police by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form IV; and the Commissioner of Police shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within twenty-one days of its receipt.
