Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a tourist vehicle who ceases to carry on the plying of a tourist vehicle shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Hotel Classification Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every tourist held by him has been disposed of.
