Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the manufacturer of packaged drinking water shall apply to the Registering Authority in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of seven thousand five hundred rupees, and the Registering Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
