Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of packaged drinking water shall intimate to the Registering Authority, in Form E and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registering Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
