Surrender of certificate.—Every mediation service provider who ceases to carry on the provision of mediation services shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Designated Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every settlement agreement held by him has been disposed of.
