Application for registration.—Every home-based worker carrying on home-based work for wages shall make an application for registration to the Commissioner in Form 9, within forty-two days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every contribution card held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
