Application for registration.—Every mine surveyor carrying on the survey of mines shall make an application for registration to the Regional Controller of Mines in Form H, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every register of leases held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
