Intimation of change.—Every mine surveyor shall intimate to the Regional Controller of Mines, in Form B and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Controller of Mines shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
