Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a place of public assembly shall apply to the Director of Fire Services in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Director of Fire Services shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
