Application for registration.—Every owner of a place of public assembly carrying on the fire safety of a place of public assembly shall make an application for registration to the Director of Fire Services in Form F, within one day of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every evacuation plan held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
