Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a place of public assembly who ceases to carry on the fire safety of a place of public assembly shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Fire Services in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every stock held by him has been disposed of.
