Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the hostel shall apply to the Board of Secondary Education in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Board of Secondary Education shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
