Application for registration.—Every fair price shop dealer carrying on the running of a fair price shop shall make an application for registration to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal in Form A, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every label held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
