Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any fair price shop dealer dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal in Form H, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every stock of foodgrains then held; and the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
