Surrender of certificate.—Every fair price shop dealer who ceases to carry on the running of a fair price shop shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every analysis report held by him has been disposed of.
