Intimation of change.—Every fair price shop dealer shall intimate to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal, in Form C and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of seven thousand five hundred rupees.
