Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the food laboratory shall apply to the Licensing Authority in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of seven thousand five hundred rupees, and the Licensing Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
