Surrender of certificate.—Every sports agent who ceases to carry on the representation of athletes shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Disciplinary Panel in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every federation held by him has been disposed of.
