Surrender of certificate.—Every secured creditor who ceases to carry on the enforcement of security interest shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every promissory note held by him has been disposed of.
