Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any secured creditor dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in Form G, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every passbook then held; and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
