Surrender of certificate.—Every manufacturer of packaged drinking water who ceases to carry on the manufacture of packaged drinking water shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Food Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every register of purchases held by him has been disposed of.
