Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer shall apply to the Director of Agriculture in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Director of Agriculture shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
