Application for registration.—Every dormant company carrying on the holding of assets by a dormant company shall make an application for registration to the Tribunal in Form AOC-4, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every register of charges held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
