Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dormant company shall apply to the Tribunal in Form INC-1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
