Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the teacher shall apply to the Board of Secondary Education in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Board of Secondary Education shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
