Application for registration.—Every teacher carrying on the teaching in a recognised school shall make an application for registration to the Board of Secondary Education in Form A, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every course held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
