Surrender of certificate.—Every teacher who ceases to carry on the teaching in a recognised school shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board of Secondary Education in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every question paper held by him has been disposed of.
