Surrender of certificate.—Every organiser who ceases to carry on the conduct of a competition shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Sports Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every result held by him has been disposed of.
