Intimation of change.—Every taxable person shall intimate to the Principal Commissioner, in Form GSTR-3B and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Principal Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
