Maintenance of premises.—Every empanelled consultant shall keep the premises where the provision of consultancy services to the Government is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every voucher kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the provision of consultancy services to the Government, and shall furnish to the Procurement Authority in Form GFR 12-C, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
