Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the air transport undertaking shall apply to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in Form CA-2 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
