Application for registration.—Every air transport undertaking carrying on the carriage of passengers by air shall make an application for registration to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in Form CA-8, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees and a statement of every navigation aid held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
