Clause 2, Delhi Excise (Excisable article Control) Order, 2011 [SBE-0JD]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Delhi Excise Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 10 of 2009); (b) "importer of liquor" means a person carrying on the import of liquor into the State; (c) "label" means a label received, held or disposed of by a importer of liquor in the course of the import of liquor into the State; (d) "Form A" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
