Safe custody.—Every owner of a high-rise building shall keep every hazard map to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the maintenance of fire safety in a high-rise building is carried on, shall record in Form H the description of every hazard map so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Relief Commissioner within one day of the close of each year.
