Surrender of certificate.—Every dormant company who ceases to carry on the holding of assets by a dormant company shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competition Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form INC-1 of the manner in which every register of charges held by him has been disposed of.
