Intimation of change.—Every dormant company shall intimate to the Competition Commission, in Form ADT-1 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Competition Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
