Surrender of certificate.—Every institution who ceases to carry on the running of an institution shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regulatory Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every certificate of recognition held by him has been disposed of.
