Intimation of change.—Every owner of a solar power plant shall intimate to the Grievance Redressal Forum, in Form III and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Grievance Redressal Forum shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
