Application for registration.—Every owner of a solar power plant carrying on the generation of electricity from solar energy shall make an application for registration to the Grievance Redressal Forum in Form VII, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every register of consumers held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
