Intimation of change.—Every owner of a contract carriage shall intimate to the Government of Maharashtra, in Form 30 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Maharashtra shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
