Intimation of change.—Every insurer issuing policies shall intimate to the Stamp Revenue Board, in Form D and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Stamp Revenue Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
