Application for registration.—Every donor to a political party carrying on the making of donations to a political party shall make an application for registration to the Electoral Registration Officer in Form 6, within three days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every advertisement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
