Application for registration.—Every mutawalli carrying on the management of a waqf shall make an application for registration to the Endowments Tribunal in Form A, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every budget held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
