Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Appellate Tribunal in the custody of the Press Registrar, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Appellate Tribunal; and where the Press Registrar having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form IV within sixty days of the succession.
