Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the occupier shall apply to the Town Planning Authority in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Town Planning Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
