Intimation of change.—Every occupier shall intimate to the Town Planning Authority, in Form C and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Town Planning Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.
