Surrender of certificate.—Every gratuity trust who ceases to carry on the administration of a gratuity fund shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board of Trustees in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 13 of the manner in which every account held by him has been disposed of.
